Dreame’s NexLawn showed a robot lawn mower lifting a watering can with a mechanical arm in [footage published by Hong Kong news outlet HK01 on Oct. 18](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w8vHytULT-g&t=340s&ref=vacubots.com).

NexLawn is part of Dreame’s outdoor robotics business, developing robotic lawn mowers and garden equipment.

During the outdoor demonstration in Suzhou, China, NexLawn project engineer Dai Wentao said the arm could grasp objects and help water flowers. He described the machine as part of the company’s vision for expanding robotic mowing into other garden tasks.

The footage does not establish how much human control the demonstration required or how reliably the machine would perform in everyday use.

NexLawn previously presented its [Master X concept](https://ifdesign.com/en/winner-ranking/project/nexlawn-master-x/767853?ref=vacubots.com) with a retractable arm, attachments for different tasks, and laser sensors and cameras to map its surroundings.

[HK01’s accompanying report](https://www.hk01.com/article/60388175?ref=vacubots.com) did not provide a confirmed price or release date for the arm-equipped mower. The €2,000 figure cited in its coverage referred to an earlier non-arm model.

The demonstration follows Dreame’s MOVA division unveiling its [AstraX concept at IFA 2026](https://www.vacubots.com/mova-previews-future-tech-next-gen-ultratrim-for-lidax-mowers-at-ifa-2026/), where mowers equipped with similar articulated arms performed synchronized movements to AI-generated music.
