- Description: A wet bathroom floor gave me a chance to try this handy mode — and watch what happened on the return to the dock.

One feature I was especially interested in trying on the MOVA Z60 Ultra Roller Complete was **Water Stain Cleaning**. If you have kids or animals, you probably don’t need much help imagining a wet floor after bath time.

I wanted to see how the Z60 would handle that kind of cleanup. It did a good job picking up the water in my bathroom demonstration, but there was another detail on the way back to the dock that caught my attention, too.

## Where Do You Find the Setting?

In the app I used for this test, I selected a room or zone clean. **Water Stain Cleaning** appeared on the left, below the cycles icon.

The exact layout may change with app updates, but that’s where I found it for the February 2026 post.

## How Does the Cleanup Work?

The Z60 washed its roller at the base station before heading out for a mop-only run. At the wet area, the mode is intended to collect the liquid without adding more water to the roller, then hold the wastewater in the onboard tank.

That’s the appeal for me: I’m trying to get excess water off the floor, so I want the robot concentrating on picking it up.

## One Thing to Keep in Mind: Tank Capacity

The onboard dirty-water tank is relatively small. If there’s a lot of water, the robot may need more than one trip to the station to empty it.

I didn’t measure the volume recovered in this demonstration. Use the mode within the model’s guidance for liquids and floor surfaces; this bathroom cleanup isn’t a test of flood recovery.

## What Impressed Me on the Way Back?

The Z60 crossed the floor transition on its return without a visible spill in this run. I was happy to see that. Picking up the water is useful; keeping it contained while getting back to the station matters, too.

For our house, I can see this being particularly handy after a bath or shower. Give the floor a check when the robot finishes, then take care of the dirty-water tank so it’s ready for the next mess. Around here, there’s usually another one coming.
