# Narwal Debuts Freo 20 Edge, V40 Station and V50 Cube at IFA 2026

Narwal has launched the Freo 20 Edge robot vacuum and unveiled the V40 Station and V50 Cube cordless vacuums, along with two new wet-dry cleaners, at IFA 2026.

The Freo 20 Edge brings 31,000 Pa of suction, Narwal’s FlowWash track mop, hidden dToF LiDAR and dual-sided structured-light obstacle detection in a 3.74-inch-tall body.

Narwal is also moving into cordless floor care with the V40 Station and V50 Cube, while previewing a new wet-dry vacuum line scheduled to reach Europe in 2027.

## Freo 20 Edge Drops the Cameras

Unlike the standard Freo 20, the Edge does not use dual RGB cameras or camera-based object recognition.

Instead, it combines hidden dToF LiDAR with structured-light sensors on both sides of the robot for navigation and obstacle detection.

The robot retains Narwal’s FlowWash real-time self-cleaning mop, DualFlow anti-tangle system and EdgeReach edge-cleaning technology.

Its dock automatically empties the dustbin and dries the mop with air heated to 113 degrees Fahrenheit.

## V40 Station and V50 Cube Cordless Vacuums Debut at IFA

The V40 Station and V50 Cube are cordless vacuum systems paired with auto-empty docks.

The V40 Station delivers 220 air watts of suction, up to 120 minutes of runtime and a five-stage filtration system with an H13 HEPA filter rated to capture 99.97% of particles measuring at least 0.3 microns.

The lighter V50 Cube weighs about 3.1 pounds and produces up to 210 air watts of suction. Its compact Cube Station automatically empties collected debris and uses nine-stage filtration.

## Wet-Dry Flagship Adds Steam Cleaning

Narwal also previewed two wet-dry vacuums planned for Europe in 2027, including an entry-level model and a higher-end flagship.

The flagship combines 25,000 Pa of suction with hot-water and steam cleaning, along with Narwal’s AI DirtSense system to adjust cleaning power based on floor conditions.

A floating scraper is designed to reduce hair tangles and streaking, while the cleaner can lie flat to 180 degrees and clean along three sides of the cleaning head.

Narwal rates runtime at up to 40 minutes in AI mode.

## Pricing and Availability

The Freo 20 Edge is priced at $799.99 in the United States and officially launches Sept. 7, although it is already available through Amazon.

Narwal has not announced U.S. pricing or availability for the V50 Cube.

The company also has not announced final product names, pricing or U.S. availability for either wet-dry cleaner.
