MOVA will close its U.S. community forum tomorrow, Oct. 31, at 6:59 p.m. Eastern time, 3:59 p.m. Pacific time, giving members until then to redeem their points and save content before the site goes offline.

In an Oct. 23 announcement, the MOVA Forum Team attributed the decision to “recent business adjustments” without providing further details.

The user forum gave MOVA a direct channel to promote its products and build relationships with owners through frequent contests and community discussions.

Members traded cleaning tips, compared product experiences and shared photos of their pets with robot vacuums and mowers, building a community that went beyond product support.

Mova King, a frequent forum contributor, wrote, “Incredibly sad to hear this news. I have considered the MOVA forum to be home for quite some time now and always enjoyed the moments shared with others.”

Posts and conversations will no longer be accessible after the shutdown. Members should download photos, save useful discussions and complete any points redemptions before the deadline.

The team thanked members for their contributions and directed them to the MOVA by Dreame Forum to stay connected.

The announcement did not say whether accounts would transfer.
