Ecovacs has added another model to its T90 lineup with the Deebot T90S Ultra Omni, available exclusively through the company’s U.S. online store.

The Ultra shares most of its features with the T90S Pro Omni but adds dual-solution dispensing. Ecovacs also lists a faster mop roller speed among the key specifications on its order page.

Dual-Solution Dispensing

The Ultra uses separate regular and heavy-duty cleaning solutions, automatically switching between them to tackle everyday dirt and tougher messes such as grease and sauce, according to Ecovacs.

Potentially Faster Roller Scrubbing

Like other T90 models, the Ultra uses a full-size, 10.6-inch Ozmo Roller 3.0 mop. Ecovacs advertises a scrubbing speed of 260 rpm, about 18% faster than the T90S Pro Omni’s listed 220 rpm.

The company also lists 220 rpm elsewhere on the Ultra’s product page, so the increase remains unconfirmed.

During cleaning, 32 pressurized water outlets rinse the roller while a scraper removes dirty water to reduce dirt transfer across the floor.

TruEdge 3.0 extends the roller about 0.59 inches beyond the robot’s body to reach recessed baseboards and cabinet edges, with a felt strip cushioning contact with surrounding surfaces.

Familiar T90S Features

The Ultra carries over the T90S Pro Omni’s vacuuming and carpet protection features, including the same suction and airflow ratings, BLAST vacuum system and ZeroTangle 4.0 brush design.

When cleaning carpet, the roller lifts up to 0.59 inches as a protective cover lowers between the wet mop and carpet fibers to reduce moisture transfer.

The Ultra’s 3-inch drive wheels are rated to cross single-level thresholds up to 0.98 inches high, matching the other T90S models.

Ecovacs says PowerBoost charging replenishes 10% of the battery’s charge during a three-minute mop-washing stop at the Omni Station.

The Omni station can wash the roller mop with water heated to as high as 167 degrees Fahrenheit. It also empties the dustbin, dries the roller with hot air, rinses the tray under high pressure and automatically cleans the internal dirty-water reservoir.

The Ultra retains the same AIVI 3D 4.0 obstacle avoidance and the Agent Yiko assistant.

Pricing and Availability

The Deebot T90S Ultra Omni is available now in black and white through Ecovacs’ U.S. online store.

Both colors were priced at $809 on Oct. 27, down from the Ultra’s suggested retail price of $949.99.
