Dreame IFA 2026 Highlights: Cyber X Nears Launch, New 3-in-1 Cleaner Draws xLean Comparison

Dreame showed a mix of upcoming products and concepts still in development at IFA 2026 including its Cyber X stair-climbing robot, Leaptic Cube action camera, A4 AWD Edge robotic mower and a new 3-in-1 modular floor cleaner.

Cyber X Climbs Up and Down Stairs

Dreame's Cyber X is a stair-climbing carrier robot that transports the brand's compatible robot vacuum between floors.

Rubber tracks on both sides help it climb and descend stairs, while 3D sensors detect the shape of each step and guide its movement. A three-stage braking system helps keep the carrier stable as it moves.

The latest version shown at IFA can also do some cleaning of its own. Small brushes sweep debris toward a suction inlet as the carrier moves along the staircase.

Dreame says CyberX has a 6,400-mAh battery, and PCMag reported that it can handle staircase inclines of up to 42 degrees.

While Dreame hasn’t confirmed which robot vacuums the Cyber X will work with, its IFA marketing material shows the carrier with several recent models including the Aqua20 and X60 series.

Dreame Shows Early 3-in-1 Concept Similar to xLean TR1

Dreame also showed the TriForm 3-in-1, an early floor-cleaning concept that combines autonomous cleaning with a removable unit for manual use.

The modular system can function as a robot vacuum, wet-dry vacuum or traditional cordless vacuum, with additional attachments for different cleaning tasks.

The concept is similar to the xLean TR1, which is designed to switch between robot cleaning and handheld wet-dry cleaning.

Kehan Xue, CEO of xLean Robotics, said on xLean's Discord that he spoke with a member of Dreame's research and development team about the TriForm at IFA.

"They admitted that they 'learned' from xLean TR1," Xue wrote.

Dreame told attendees the TriForm remains early in development and that the unit displayed at the show was not operational.

Leaptic Cube Brings Dreame Into Action Cameras

Dreame is also entering the action-camera market with the Leaptic Cube.

The compact modular camera uses a detachable camera body that can operate separately from its display, allowing it to be worn or mounted while the screen remains elsewhere.

The Leaptic Cube can record up to 8K video and supports higher frame rates at 4K. It also uses a 1/1.3-inch sensor, supports 50-megapixel still photos and has a 155-degree ultrawide field of view.

Dreame is also adding a voice assistant called Hi Moko for hands-free controls.

The launch puts Dreame into direct competition with established action-camera brands including DJI, Insta360 and GoPro.

A4 AWD Edge Adds an Included Side Trimmer

Dreame's mower display also included the A4 AWD Edge, a separate model from the A4 AWD Pro.

The A4 AWD Edge uses a single six-blade main cutting disc and includes a dedicated side trimmer with two trimming blades. The trimmer is mounted along the side of the mower to help reach grass along walls, fences and other boundaries that the main cutting disc may leave behind.

Like the A3 AWD Pro, the A4 AWD Edge uses front omni wheels rather than the actively steered front wheels found on the A4 AWD Pro.

The Edge can handle slopes of up to 80%, or about 39 degrees.

The A4 AWD Edge keeps the trimmer integrated into the mower, while the Pro uses a movable cutting mechanism that can extend and reposition itself along the lawn boundary.

Pricing and Availability

The Cyber X is scheduled to launch in Europe in September for €1,199, while the Leaptic Cube will arrive in the United States in October for $449.

The A4 AWD Edge is expected in the first half of 2027, although Dreame has not announced pricing.

Pricing and a release date for the TriForm 3-in-1 have not been announced.
