Dreame Not Emptying, Washing or Drying? How to Check the Dock
Separate a collection problem from a water or drying problem before repeating maintenance cycles.
A station can charge a robot while another operation is unavailable or has stopped working. Start with the failing function and the error displayed in the Dreamehome app.
These instructions focus on current Dreame robot vacuums, including the 2026 X60 series. Regional models and app options can differ.
Does Your Dock Provide That Function?
Inspect the dust bag and the accessible dust-transfer path. Check that the bag collar, dust compartment cover and robot dustbin are installed correctly before trying another emptying cycle.
Confirm the dock’s equipment before troubleshooting washing or drying. A charging-only or dry-emptying station cannot perform functions that require different hardware.
What Should You Check Before Cleaning Parts?
Stop the current task, turn off the robot and disconnect the station from power before maintenance. Let heated components cool and follow the model’s removal instructions.
Reinstall every required part before powering the station again.

Why Isn’t Dry Debris Being Collected?
Check the collection setting and quiet-hour restrictions where offered. Inspect the correct bag or reusable container, its cover and the accessible transfer opening.
Make sure the robot’s bin and filter are installed properly. Returning without a cleaning job or placing the robot on a station by hand may not trigger the same maintenance sequence as a completed run.
Try a manual collection command only if the app provides it.
Why Isn’t the Mop Washing?
Check water supply, dirty-water capacity and tank placement. Inspect removable washing filters or trays for buildup and reinstall them securely.
Start a wet-cleaning task from the station when the manual requires it. A robot on another floor cannot return to a station it cannot reach.
A dry-only job may not trigger a mop wash.

Why Is the Mop Still Wet?
Check drying settings and any interruption, such as a new task pulling the robot away. Let a full cycle finish. Use an adjustable longer duration only where the app offers it.
When Should You Contact Support?
If the same error returns with clean, correctly installed parts, contact Dreame support. Record the exact operation and error message. Leave sealed pumps, heaters and electrical components for service.
