How to Connect Your Eufy Robot Vacuum to Google Home

Link your robot’s account, confirm the connection and check which cleaning controls are available.

Connecting your Eufy to Google Home lets you use supported cleaning controls without opening the robot’s app for every task. Setup starts with a working robot connection and the correct account.

For the Omni S2, use the eufy app named in its setup guide. Older instructions may refer to EufyHome, eufy Clean or a different integration screen.

What Do You Need Before Starting?

Update the robot’s app, its firmware and the Google Home app. Have your account sign-in available and confirm that you can start or pause a task in the eufy app.

For spoken control, set up a compatible voice-enabled speaker or device. Support can vary by model, country and account region.

How Do You Connect It?

  1. Open the eufy app’s main menu.
  2. Find Third-party services or the equivalent smart-home integration section.
  3. Choose Google Home or Google Assistant from the services offered for your robot.
  4. Follow the prompts to authorize the Eufy account or complete the pairing route offered.
  5. Return to Google Home and check that the robot appears in the intended home.

Menu wording can change with app updates. Follow the current prompts for the official integration when the labels differ.

Which Service Should You Use?

Start from the current Eufy app’s service screen so you get the robot integration rather than an Eufy Security camera service. Omni S2 can also offer a Matter setup route; use the app’s instructions and Google Home’s requirements for that route.

How Do You Check That Linking Worked?

Open the robot’s tile or device entry and try an available basic control. Confirm the response at the robot or in its own app before adding an automated routine.

Use the basic cleaning controls exposed for the robot after linking. Check the integration’s current command list before relying on room selection or dock-maintenance requests.

Does Assigning a Room Set Up Room Cleaning?

Assigning the robot to a room in Google Home organizes the smart-home device. It does not draw a cleaning boundary or replace the robot’s own map.

Set up rooms and names in the robot app, then check whether the linked service supports targeted cleaning.

What If the Robot Does Not Appear?

Check the owning account, region and online status. If it works in the eufy app, review the account link or discovery step before resetting the robot.

Contact Eufy support if the official service is unavailable for your model or the same linking error returns. A factory reset is not a routine first step for a voice-service problem.
